We're building Factory Twelve for the work apparel teams still manage by hand.
The work between PLM, ERP, spreadsheets, suppliers, email, Slack, and people's heads.
We started Factory Twelve because the work between systems has become too important to leave in people's heads.
Apparel teams already have software for product, planning, sourcing, orders, suppliers, and production. Those systems matter. They hold the record.
But they do not hold the whole job.
The real work still happens across spreadsheets, inboxes, supplier updates, shared drives, chat threads, meetings, and the knowledge people carry in their heads.
That work decides whether products stay on track, whether costs hold, whether suppliers have the right information, and whether teams catch changes before they turn into bigger problems.
Factory Twelve exists to give that work a system.
We believe the next layer of apparel software will sit across the tools teams already use.
Most brands are not looking for another giant platform to roll out. They already have enough systems. The problem is that the systems do not stay connected as the work changes.
A date moves. A cost changes. A spec gets revised. A supplier answers a question in email. A decision happens in a meeting. Someone still has to understand what changed, what it affects, and who needs to know.
That is the coordination layer. Today, it mostly lives in people. Factory Twelve is being built to support that layer directly.
We know this problem because we've worked inside it.
Factory Twelve was started by people who have built and operated enterprise software for product and supply-chain teams.
We have worked with global retailers, apparel brands, PLM systems, design teams, product teams, and supply-chain operators. We have seen clean demos turn into messy implementations. We have seen the spreadsheet everyone trusts more than the official system. We have seen teams spend hours chasing context that should not be so hard to find.
That is the part we care about. We are not building another dashboard or another place to enter the same data. We are building the system that keeps the work connected.
We're building this with a limited group of brands.
We work directly with a few sourcing and production teams. You work with the founders, we build around your actual workflows, suppliers, tools, and exceptions, and you get early access, direct influence on the product, and founding pricing.
